How Coachdepot Supply delivers your order and how to return it. This page takes effect on 1 October 2026.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days of payment. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout for your address before you pay.

We deliver to the markets we serve: United States and France.

Returns

If you want to return an order, tell us within 30 days of receiving it by writing to [email protected] with your order number. We will explain how to send it back.

When we receive the return and confirm it, we refund you to the payment method you used.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, write to [email protected] with your order number and a photograph. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.
